So here I go again for another trip down to Egypt and Dahab, the trip went well despite the stay at Frankfurt airport. At the beginning of the trip I took with me an easy out cooling, which in turn gave me problems with sinuses .. no diving for a week. But with boiling water and Oleum Basileum in it..  would prove to be a very successfully treatment.

My training is going as planned and I feel strong for this year's event.
Last month I shifted from basic training to more specific training in the gym, swimming pool and has also begun Co2/O2 table.

Martin Stepanek has succeeded with his business and everything is going great for him, I´m happy for him and wishes him all the best with his business, freediving and life.
I am thankful that he´s finding time to help me with the coaching and I know that he´s the right person to help me to step up the training and progress to another dimension. He has so much knowledge with training and diving, I think not many do have.
